1) We delivery the products to Hamburg or Rotterdam. And the customs clearing charges and the transport charges are supposed to be paid by your company.
2) A container suggest to be 23 tons, or the transport charges would be more expensive..
3) Pay up 60 days after delivery by L/C(letter of credit) or pay on cash once we delived. For confirm the quality and quantity you will receive photos from us or you can even pay a visit to us.
4) The products will reach you 40 to 50 days after your order.
5) Once there is quality problem(sledom happened), please send us photos of the goods by email. We will compensate for your lost within10 days after we confirm that we response for it.
